What Is Cadillac Live?
Cadillac Live is one part personal shopper, one part interactive digital showroom. Cadillac Live offers you the ability to conveniently shop Cadillac anywhere, with a one-to-one conversation with a trailed Live Agent across any mobile or desktop device. This first of its kind tool provides you with real human answers to your unique car-buying questions, along with access to dynamic views of the vehicles so you can explore every detail - all while speaking to a knowledgeable, friendly product expert via a one-way video.
The Cadillac Live Experience:
The Cadillac Live showroom is accessed online and features 10 vehicles from Cadillac's 2020 lineup on display. Every Live Agent is equipped with an iPhone X, Osmo Mobile gimbal and Bluetooth headset, providing two-way audio and one-way live video. Associates are also equipped with an app interface that allows them to showcase any colour, wheel, and accessory option that piques your interest. 

How it works:
From the Cadillac.ca homepage, you can choose to begin a new session with a Live Agent, view a pre-recorded session, or book a Live session at a later time or date. The tool also offers virtual tours of the Cadillac Live showroom. 

Once the experience is complete you have the option to connect back here with us at Dueck to book a test drive and take the next steps in the path to owning your own Cadillac.

Q. Is my session going to be recorded?
A. No, your session will not be recorded.

Q. How do I book a session?
A. Please visit a live.cadillaccanada.ca/start-session and we will make arrangements. 

Q. How do I test drive a vehicle?
A. Following your tour of the showroom, our Live agent will be happy to assist you in requesting a test drive with your preferred dealer. 

Q. How long are wait times?
A. Wait times may vary but we strive to keep them to a minimum.

Q. I require special assistance.

Q. Can the agent see me?
A. No, you will only see the agent and the showroom from their perspective.

A. You can end a session whenever you prefer. You are not committed to a pre-determined time. 

Q. What are my obligations after a session?
A. Following your session there are no obligations. You can choose to arrange to see a dealer for a test drive, but only if you wish.

A. No, unless you choose to otherwise you will not receive additional communications from Cadillac.
