Connected Services allow you to access in-vehicle apps receive diagnostic notification, schedule services and more behind the wheel.

UP TO 8-MONTH TRIAL
Your vehicle purchase comes with a 6 month trial of the following services to get you started on your connected journey plus an additional 2 months on the plan you choose when you sign up for any paid plan.

  • The Premium Plan trial, including the OnStar Guardian app
  • Cadillac Connected Services trial, including Remote Commands, 12 GB or 6-month data trial (whichever comes first), Connected Navigation, In-Vehicle Apps and more
  • Up to 10 years Connected Access, providing standard connectivity to features such as Vehicle Diagnostics and Dealer Maintenance Notification
  • The redesigned myCadillac mobile app is part of your vehicle purchase, giving you features like: learn about your vehicle, schedule service and request roadside assistance - all from your smartphone

Notifications to keep you updated.

With Vehicle Diagnostics monitor key operating systems and receive regular updates about your Cadillac's heath. And with On-Diagnostics, simply push the blue OnStar button (requires select paid plan) if a light comes on your dashboard to alert an Advisor to run a real-time diagnostics check on key operating systems.

Keep pace with Dealer Maintenance Notifications. If enrolled, your vehicle can automatically notify your preferred dealer when routine service is due. The dealer can then contact you to schedule an appointment.

You can receive traffic updates. Discover new destinations by connecting to the cloud. Do all of this and more with enhanced voice recognition.
TURN-BY-TURN NAVIGATION
Go with ease. Push the blue OnStar button and say where you want to go. Directions will be downloaded to the vehicle and a voice will call out every turn.
VEHICLE LOCATE
Using your available myCadillac app, you can set boundary notifications, request your vehicle's location and see it on a map, and set and share custom notifications for arrivals and departures.
